E-Statements

Tired of waiting for your statements to come in the mail? We don't blame you. That's exactly why Section 705 FCU is now offering E-Statements to our wonderful members!

With E-Statements, you'll no longer have to wait for paper statements to come in the mail to check out the status of your accounts. Instead, get your statements electronically with E-Statements! This way, you'll have even more convenient access to your account information, PLUS you'll be helping the environment by eliminating wasteful paper statements!

Signing up for E-Statements is a breeze, too! Just go to the member account login screen. There will be a series of questions you will be prompted to answer for verification purposes. On the left hand corner of your member login screen, select E- Statements located at the bottom of the Account Access column. Then simply activate and submit. That's it! You'll be immediately signed up for our awesome E-Statements! 

If you have any questions about E-Statements, feel free to contact us. Or, you can even come by the Credit Union and have one of our friendly, knowledgeable staff members help you to sign up for E-Statements on our computer in the lobby! As always, we look forward to helping you!

Audio Response Number Change

As you know, we try very hard to be easily accessible and always available to our great members. To ensure that youcan always reach us quickly, please make note that our automated number has changed to 1-800-794-5682.

When you call this number, you will need your account number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number to sign in. Upon calling, the system will prompt you to change your PIN immediately.

If you have any questions or suspect that any problems may have occurred, please follow upwith us at the Credit Union. Don't forget that logging on to our website regularly is a great way to stay up-to-date on all the newest changes and specials at the Credit Union, so check back in soon!

Access Your Accounts In Your PJ's!

Home Banking Access

Many of our great Section 705 FCU members have taken advantage of our great Home Banking service in order to access their accounts from the convenience of their own home. That's why we're happy to announce that we have a new updated Home Banking Access that will allow you to view your written checks on line. With this new update, transfers that are made on our Home Banking Site are posted immediately upon your request! 

When logging in for the first time, you will need your account number and the last 4 digits of your phone number. Upon signing in,  you will be prompted to change your security code. Your new security code will have to be at least 8 characters in length with at least 2 alpha or 2 numeric characters. When finished, you'll be officially signed up and will be able to start viewing these new features almost right away!
