Notaries are prominently used for the transfer of ownership on vehicles or for the witnessing of signatures on important documents.To provide you with secure transactions which guards against fraudulent endorsements and unauthorized transactions, we participate in the Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program (STAMP).
