Funds Insurance
We know that it can be nerve racking to deposit your hard-earned money and life savings into an account based on the good faith that it'll be there when you need it. That's why at Section 705 FCU, you don't have to! Here, you can rest assured that your precious funds are insured and safe for as long as you have it in our care.
 Each member's funds are insured up to $250,000.00 and that limitation applies to the total of a person's funds in any share account for which the credit union is liable. The $250,000.00 is cumulative of any share account, checking account and share certificate under the same account number. In addition, any funds in a Credit Union IRA account are insured separately up to $250,000.00 from other accounts that the member maintains in the same credit union.
